Early Life and Career
Riteish Deshmukh was born in Latur, Maharashtra, India on December 17, 1978. His father, Vilas Deshmukh, was a politician and his mother, Smita Deshmukh, was a homemaker. He has two brothers, Dheeraj Deshmukh and Amit Deshmukh. Riteish completed his schooling from Chandrabhan Sharma English Medium School in Latur and then he went on to study architecture at Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies in Mumbai.
Riteish made his acting debut with the Marathi film ‘Balak Palak’ in 2013. The following year, he made his Bollywood debut with the action thriller ‘Ek Villain’.
